1. About this Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the WinedUp mobile application and related services (the “Service”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to all users of the Service.
Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in our Terms of Service.
2. Who we are
The Service is operated by Ramyo Labs L.L.C-FZ (“Ramyo Labs”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a free-zone limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Ramyo Labs is the controller of personal information processed in connection with the Service.
3. Information we collect
We try to collect only what is needed to run the game.
Information you give us
- Profile: a display name and, if you choose to upload one, an avatar image.
- Age confirmation: when you pass the age gate, we record that you confirmed you are at least 18 (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction). We do not store your date of birth on our servers.
- Gameplay state: the modes and packs you select, party codes you create or join, and settings you choose.
- Support correspondence: messages you send us by email or in-app.
Information collected automatically
- Device and app data: operating system version, app version, device model, language, and similar technical information needed to run the Service and diagnose problems.
- Diagnostic data: anonymised crash reports and basic performance metrics so we can fix bugs.
- Push notification token: only if you allow notifications, so that we can deliver them to your device.
- Approximate location: only if you grant the location permission, and only at the precision needed for region-aware features.
Information from third parties
- Apple App Store: when you make a purchase, Apple sends us a confirmation receipt so we can unlock the content you bought. We do not receive your full payment card details.
4. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- create and sync your profile across your devices, and host any parties you create or join;
- deliver, restore, and verify any in-app purchases or subscriptions;
- send you push notifications you have opted into (you can disable them at any time from your device settings);
- respond to support requests and other communications from you;
- secure the Service, prevent abuse, detect fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service;
- comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.
5. Why we are allowed to use it
Depending on the activity, we rely on one or more of the following bases for processing your information:
- Contract: to provide the Service you have asked for and to administer your account and purchases;
- Consent:for optional features such as push notifications, location, and uploading an avatar — you can withdraw consent at any time;
- Legitimate interests: to operate, secure, and improve the Service, and to communicate with you about it;
- Legal obligation: when we are required to keep or disclose information by law.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:
- Service providers: trusted vendors that help us host, operate, and secure the Service (for example, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers). They may only process your information on our instructions and under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- Apple: in connection with App Store distribution and in-app purchases.
- Push notification providers: such as Apple Push Notification service, to deliver notifications to your device.
- Other party participants: when you join or host a party, your display name and avatar are visible to other participants in that party.
- Legal and safety: if we are required to do so by law, or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, ourselves, or others.
- Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the protections of this Policy.
7. International data transfers
We are based in the United Arab Emirates and our service providers may operate from other countries. This means your information may be processed in jurisdictions outside the one in which you live, including in countries that have data protection laws different from those of your home country. Where required by applicable law, we use reasonable safeguards to protect your information when it is transferred.
8. How long we keep your data
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period thereafter, except where we are required to keep it longer to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
9. Your choices and rights
You can:
- update your display name and avatar from within the app;
- turn push notifications and location access on or off at any time from your device’s system settings;
- manage and cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID account settings;
- request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask for a copy of it, by emailing us at support@tamoxa.com;
- delete your account from within the app or by emailing us at the address above.
We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
The Service is strictly for adults aged at least 18 (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, if higher). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@tamoxa.com and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will give you reasonable notice through the Service or by contacting you at the email address associated with your account before the changes take effect.
